At present Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC realizes several projects in the field of Personnel Policy.
Long-term Program "Golden Resource" is aimed at attracting young specialists, holders of honours degrees, for vacant positions. Having been started a year ago only, it proved to be effective and perspective. 100 persons of a thousand applicants, who sent their CV to the corporate database were employed (55 of them were employed during 9 months of 2007), all of them hold honours degrees of universities and colleges. Management of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC took the lead of the unique corporate project - training of a group of top managers according to the Program of Stockholm School of Economics, which is the originator of world-known MBA Program.
In March 2007, twenty six heads of organization departments of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC at the age from 26 to 45 started studies on the Program of Stockholm School of Economics in Salavat Branch of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University. It will take a year to study "Strategic Approach to the Business Organization" Program which includes 407 academic hours and consists of 14 program units of various subjects. Program is based on the process approach and goes into company strategy at large including all highlights of decision making: in marketing, finance, personnel management, projects, changes. Primary emphasis is placed upon effective management of production enterprise.
Training is aimed at enrichment of knowledge, intercommunication and set of efficient cooperation built upon the principles of team work between the representatives of various organization departments such as marketing specialists, financiers and production workers. Training results will be summarized after having passed three exams, and as a final test it will be working-out of the own business-project and its defense. After the training has completed the students will be handed in upgrade qualification diplomas of Stockholm School of Economics.
