August 1949 - December 1949 - Director of Industrial Complex №18 under construction.
During this period the construction of Salavat Thermal Power Plant was started. The first facilities of building industry as well as social and household purpose facilities were also under construction in the workers' quarters of Salavat; Repair and Renewal Operations Office (RVK) and Equipment Base were being built, the Directorate of the Chemical Project was in the course of creation
ARTASHES M. FRANGULYAN 1950 - 1951 - Director of the Industrial Complex №18 under construction.
1951 - 1952 - Head of Management Division of Industrial Complex №18 under construction.
1950 - 1952 - The construction of Catalyst Manufactory and Repair and Mechanical Plant (at present Salavatneftemash JSC) was started; Thermal Power Plant was in the course of intensive construction, the Directorate was reorganized in Management Division of Industrial Complex №18, Repair and Renewal Operations Office turned into Equipment Repair and Procurement Trust of Industrial Complex №18. Infrastructure foundation of the enterprise was formed. A great number of young specialists, graduates of universities and colleges, come to work to be assigned to the projects under construction.
IVAN A. BEREZOVSKY
1952 - 1955 - Head of Management Division of Industrial Complex №18 under construction.
1955 - 1962 - Head of Management Division of Industrial Complex №18.
In the period of 1952 - 1962 the first processing unit was put into operation that is Catalyst Plant (1954), many other units were launched such as Repair and Mechanical Plant, Thermal Power Station, Polyethylene, Sulphuric Acid, Urea and Aerogel Production Units, Novo-Ishimbaysk Oil Refinery Plant.
Gas Plant and Hydrogenation Plant entered production. Hydrogenation product was produced, in other words synthetic liquid fuel (SLF), which was the target of the original project of the Industrial Complex.
Two decisions influencing the future of the Industrial Complex were taken:
- intensive development of oil refining in order to create great petrochemistry on its base;
- conversion of Gas Plant and Hydrogenation Plant into the Production Unit of Mineral Fertilizers such as ammonia and urea.
Social and Household Purpose Domain of the Industrial Complex and of the city as well was being developed: Cultural Centre "Neftekhimik" was buit up, the first tram was started.
For his merits in the Industrial Complex development Ivan A. Berezovsky was awarded two medals Red Banner of Labour (1958, 1965), given an honorary title "Hohored Worker of Science and Technology of BASSR", "Honored Veteran of Labour".
Work experience of Ivan A. Berezovsky at the Industrial Complex is 13 years (1952 - 1965).
LEONID I. OSIPENKO
1962 - 1966 - Head of Management Division of Industrial Complex №18.
1966 - 1969 - Head of Salavat Petrochemical Complex.
In the period of 1962 -1969 there was the intensive construction of petrochemistry and oil refining units.
Large-scale production units of styrene and polystyrene, ammonia and urea, butyl alcohols, ethylene oxides and many other units were put in operation.
Social and cultural facilities were constructed including stadium, sanatorium-preventorium in the Nugush dam lake, Medical Unit №20, preventative clinic "Mayak", Palace of Sport.
For his merits in the Industrial Complex development Leonid I. Osipenko was awarded with Order of Lenin.
MICHAEL F. SISIN
1969 - 1971 - Head of Salavat Petrochemical Complex.
1971 - 1972 - Head of Salavat Petrochemical Complex of Order of Lenin.
1972 - 1975 - General Director of Salavat Petrochemical Complex of Order of Lenin in the name of 50th anniversary of USSR.
In the period of 1969 - 1975 the production of ammonia and urea, ethylene oxides and elementary sulphur, polystyrene were being increased. New plants for oil refining were put into operation, space rocket propellant was mastered.
Michael F. Sisin defended dissertation of Candidate, further dissertation of Doctor.
Doctor of Engineering Science.
For his merits in the Industrial Complex development Michael F. Sisin was awarded Honour Badge (1963), Order of Lenin (1971), medal "For Valorous Labour" (1971).
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 20 years (1955-1975).
ALEXANDER I. YUDAYEV
1975 - 1977 - General Director of Salavat Petrochemical Complex of Order of Lenin in the name of 50th anniversary of USSR. In the period of 1975 - 1977 urea production was being increased, Workshop №50 was put into operation, hydrotreatment unit for Orenburg condensate, phthalic anhydride and plasticizer DOP units entered production.
In 1975 the collective body of the Industrial Complex was awarded the commemorative of the CPSU Central Committee, USSR Cabinet Council, All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and Central Committee of All-Union Leninist Young Communist League for completion of the national economic plan ahead of schedule.
For his merits in the Industrial Complex development Alexander I. Yudayev was awarded Medal of Red Banner of Labour (1974), Medal of Honour for Labour Valour in commemoration of 100th anniversary of Vladimir I. Lenin (1970).
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 13 years (1964 - 1977).
PROKOFIY F. TYUGAYEV
1977 - 1980 - General Director of Salavat Petrochemical Complex of Order of Lenin in the name of 50th anniversary of USSR.
1980 - 1993 - General Director of Salavat Production Enterprise Salavatnefteorgsintez of Order of Lenin in the name of 50th anniversary of USSR.
1993 - 1994 - General Director of Joint Stock Company Salavatnefteorgsintez In the period of 1977 - 1994 large-scale production units of EP-30, butyl alcohols, ammonia AM-76 were put into operation, environmental-oriented facilities were under intensive construction, the area of sewage treatment works was extended, social and cultural facilities were built up: Child Health Centre was put into service for 480 attendances per shift, a new sanatorium-preventorium was built in the Nugush dam-lake, academy of music and other facilities.
For his merits in the Industrial Complex development Prokofiy F. Yugayev was awarded Medal of Red Banner of Labour (1971), Medal of Honour for Labour Valour in commemoration of 100th anniversary of Vladimir I. Lenin. He was titled with honours degrees Honored Oilman of BASSR (1991), Honored Petrochemist of Ministry of National Chemical Industry (1985), Honored Worker of Mintopenergo RF (1994), awarded Inventor of USSR Badge (1988).
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 43 years (1951-1994).
VALENTIN N. PAVLYCHEV
1994 - 1996 - General Director of Joint Stock Company Salavatnefteorgsintez
In the period of 1994 - 1996 production units of benzene were put into operation as well as mechanical treatment of industrial wastes (ОS-222) in the sewage treatment works.
For his substantial contribution to the Industrial Complex development Valentin N. Pavlychev was awarded Medal of October Revolution (1976), Medal of Honour for Labour Valour, (1969), Medal of Honour for Labour Valour in commemoration of 100th anniversary of Vladimir I. Lenin (1970).
He was given a title of Honored Veteran of Labour, Honored Petrochemist (1996), Inventor of USSR (1988).
Valentin N. Pavlychev is Candidate of Science (Chemistry), laureate of USSR State Prize which is awarded for his work in process chemistry industry sector.
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 36 years (1960 - 1996).
NAIL Z. KUTLUGILDIN
1996 - 1997 and 1999 - 2002 - General Director of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC.In the periods of 1996 - 1997 and 1999 - 2002 ELОU-АVТ-4 (Electric Desalting Plant and Atmospheric and Vacuum Crude Unit) was put into operation for Karachagansk gas condensate processing at Oil Refinery, launched dyethylene glycol production and membrane technology of hydrogen formation, additional equipping of AVT-4-BLOCK ELOU was carried out, environment-oriented facilities including Tank Car Steaming Unit, Romadanovsky Landfill, Production Loading Facility at Oil Refinery, bank protection structure on the Belaya River.
For his merits in the Industrial Complex development Nail Z. Kutlugildin was awarded Order of Salavat Yulayev (2002).
He was given titles of Honored Petrochemist of Mintopenergo RF (1996), Honored Oilman of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2002).
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 33 years (1968-1997; 1998-2002).
VITALIY A. ZAKHAROV
1997 -1998 - General Director of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC.
In the period of 1997 - 1998 Phthalic Anhydride Flaking-Off Unit , Sewage Treatment Plant "VEMKO", Synthesis Gas and Technical Hydrogen Production Unit were put into operation.
Vitaliy A. Zakharov was honored with title Veteran of Labour.
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 21 years (1975-1995; 1997-1998).
MARAT K. ISHMIYAROV
2002 - 2005 - General Director of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC.
In the period of 2002 - 2005 the production of ethyl benzene, styrene, timing filling plant, air separation plant were put into operation, SAP R/3 System for management of an enterprise was implemented.
Marat K. Ishmiyarov made a substantial contribution to economic efficiency of an enterprise and social issues solutions.
For his conscientious work he was given title of Honored Economist of the Republic of Bashkortostan (2001), Honored Businessman, awarded Medal of Creation Star, honored badge Gold Imperial of II degree, Veteran of Labour, titled as Man of the Year (2003) in Salavat.
Work Experience at the Industrial Complex is 20 years (1966 - 1976; 1995 - 2005).
