A group of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC top managers completed training under the program of the Stockholm School of Economics (the originator of the internationally known MBA).
This is the second class of students under the program «Strategic approach to business organization» of the Stockholm School of Economics. The program is a unique product tailored to Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC specific targets and tasks.
In addition to Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC senior managers, the heads of different departments of partner companies became participants of the corporate educational project: Sibur LLC, Salavatsteklo JSC, Sintez-Kauchuk JSC, Audit-Service LLC, Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant JSC, Meleuz Reinforced Concrete Structures Plant JSC. They were representatives of various professions such as marketing specialists, financiers and production workers aging from 26 to 45.
Training took place at the Salavat branch of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University on a «full immersion» basis. Every month for several days top managers were completely dedicated to training.
Development and defense of own business projects became the final test for the trainees. The examination was held by the representatives of the Stockholm School of Economics.

- The Stockholm School of Economics gives much to a manager, who develops and implements innovations, which means aims at further growth. Training let me systematize my work experience, the practical implementation of a business project became the establishment of Salavat Catalyst Plant on the basis of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC production facilities.

- The program extends the boundaries of knowledge. In general terms the content of training modules was not a discovery to us, but the way it was told, the examples used and teachers transformed the perception. Besides, the team of students was selected in such a way that communication positively influenced studies and afterwards it was easier for us to solve a number of work questions.
Upon finishing the program the students were handed in certificates confirming training at the Stockholm School of Economics.
The Stockholm School of Economics is the oldest private Swedish University of Economics. It was founded in 1909 and has its representative offices all over the world.
