Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC (ScatZ LLC) demonstrates good financial results.
The decision of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC management dated 19 November, 2009, on transforming refinery workshop № 12 into a separate legal entity Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC marked the beginning of formation of a divisional structure of company management.
This decision was taken to raise operating efficiency of a catalyst plant, in particular to increase capacity utilization of existing production facilities. It is based on trends and forecasts of internal market development in the RF.
- The change of management structure, the idea of which was proposed last year by Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC management, is a great blessing, - Edward Mavlikhanov says, the Director of Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC. - The old system in the context of our production was inviable. We have made a thorough market research, analyzed investment possibilities and developed a new business plan providing for a higher return.
The program of Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC development till 2015 includes a number of investment projects aimed at both expansion of existing production facilities and increase of energy efficiency. Required investments will amount to 200 million roubles, payback period is 3,6 years.
The first results are encouraging: the activity of Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC in QI of 2010 has been profitable, revenues have increased by 40% compared to a year earlier and the client base has been considerably enlarged.
Today Salavat Catalyst Plant LLC produces zeolites, catalysts and silica gels.
Ts-600 catalyst produced at the catalyst plant is supplied to Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC refinery catcrackers employing catalytic cracking process with a fluidized catalyst bed.
