Within the framework of non-core assets sales program Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC is selling a heat power station designed to produce live steam, electric power and desalted water for process needs.
The equipment of the power unit includes: two steam boilers Е‑100‑13,8‑540GM of Barnaul boiler plant, productivity of each boiler is 100 t/h; steam outlet pressure 140 kgf/cm2, operating temperature 5400С; Siemens turbine set with a capacity of 18mW (inlet steam 140 kgf/cm2; steam consumption 140t/h; steam outlet pressure 16kgf/cm2); Jurby WaterTech equipment for chemical water treatment with a capacity of 300 t/h; distributed control system of steam production process.
Automatic process control system of the power unit is based on Yokogawa hardware.
The equipment was obtained in 2005 and is stored at Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC warehouses.
