The specialists of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC (SNOS) have started work on the project «Automatic on-spot loading station of dark-oil products into rail tank cars at SNOS oil refinery plant».
Today an agreement has been signed between SNOS and SGNKhP Design Institute LLC acting as a general designer for performing design work of the automatic on-spot loading station of dark-oil products into rail tank cars of a commodity and feedstock facility of SNOS refinery.
The new on-spot loading station is a multi-purpose one: if required it can be reequipped to load light-oil products.
The new station allows for replacement of outdated equipment of the existing dark-oil products loading rack, increase of loading accuracy, automation of operator manual labor. It will also enable the company to improve ecological and industrial safety figures significantly. Commissioning of the modern and environmentally compliant station conforming to the high world standards is scheduled for 2012.
