Management of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC took the lead of the unique corporate project - training of a group of top managers according to the Program of Stockholm School of Economics, which is the originator of world-known MBA Program.
Training is carried out in Salavat Branch of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University. Forty top-managers of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC and other companies, heads of different organization departments, representatives of various lines of profession such as marketing specialists, financiers and production workers at the age from 26 to 45 started studies on the Program "Strategic Approach to the Business Organization".
Training results will be summarized after having passed three exams, and as a final test it will be working-out of the own business-project and its defense. After the training has completed the students will be handed in upgrade qualification diplomas of Stockholm School of Economics.

Special class
On the initiative and support of Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC an educational project Special Class, which is new for the Republic of Bashkortostan, is at work with success since 2006. The specialness of the project is intercommunication during students' training on the base of the long-term agreement between three parties: School #12, Salavat Branch of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University and Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC.
