The Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC housing programs
The Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC housing program is directed on granting to employees of more convenient, accessible, safe conditions of obtaining of hypothecary credit. The program of hypothecary crediting is introduced together with the International Moscow Bank.
The corporate mortgage offers employees of our company credits for real estate purchase in "the secondary" market of habitation for the term up to 15 years. Really operating interest rate under the credit makes 9,7 annual that is one of the most favourable bank offers in Russia.
Social support
Welfare assistance is paid to employees of the Company according to Collective Agreement and other local statutory acts:
- At birth of a child;
- At come back after an active service at Armed Forces;
- To large families;
- To persons dismissed from the Russian Army;
- Partial payment of permits to employees on treatment, medical inspection;
- According to applications of private character;
Children's New Year's gifts and gifts to first-graders are purchased annually.
For the purpose of assistance to preservation of standard of living of the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC retiring employees, the Company incurs obligation:
- To pay monthly welfare assistance to the pensioners who are not receiving non-state pension;
- To pay a lump sum to retiring workers;
- To keep the rights of non-working pensioners in the system of voluntary health insurance;
- To pay annually to non-working pensioners of the Company welfare assistance in honour of Day of older persons
- To pay welfare assistance on denture treatment;
- To pay a lump sum in connection with funeral and ritual services;
- To make surcharge payment to non-working pensioners who have got an occupational disease or labour injury.
The social package granted to employees of the enterprise, includes a right to sanatorium treatment. The Collective Agreement provides in the enterprise budget funds for annual rest and recuperation. A Regulation on organization of treatment and rest of workers of the Company and members of their families is in force. Within the limits of this Regulation employees of the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC have a rest and receive rehabilitation and regenerative treatment in the best sanatoria of the republic. Also all-the-year-round rest and improvement of children’s health in Sputnik children camp is provided. Active work with Social Insurance Fund of the RB on allocation of free children's permits in Children's improving centres of the RB is conducted. Annually petrochemists have possibility to leave on summer holiday to Krasnodar region, to Black sea.
Non-material component of motivation system
With a view of encouragement of employees for successes in their activities the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC has implemented Regulation about assignment of the rank ‘Labor Veteran of the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC, about encouragement of employees in connection with anniversaries, about the Honour Board, about the Certificate of Honour, about Gratitude, rewarding by Gold, Silver and Bronze breastplate of the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC.
Only for last three years work of more than 6000 petrochemists deservedly are honoured by Government awards, Honorary titles, merit certificates and honourable mentions. About 50 petrochemists are honoured by departmental marks of distinction, more than 150 workers are encouraged by merit certificates of city district Salavat administration.
In 2007 the joint-stock company management has started a new form of encouragement of employees - rewarding by Gold, Silver and Bronze Breastplates of distinction for special successes in company life.
Voluntary medical insurance
The Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC has implemented a program of voluntary health insurance. Within the limits of this program employees and non working pensioners of the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC have possibility to get qualitative medical services free of charge. The program of voluntary medical insurance is the guaranteed granting of highly skilled medical aid, an individual approach to problems of health of employees and non working pensioners of the Company.
Over 40 years are caring for health of petrochemists high level professionals - employees of the medical complex equipped with state-of-the-art devices. Medical unit includes a polyclinic, both day and round-the-clock hospitals consisting of two therapeutic, a surgical, a traumatologic, a gynecologic, a neurologic and an oncologic departments.
In 2007 was opened a modern stomatologic centre equipped with tadvanced equipment, materials and technologies. Stomatologists of the medical unit will raise their qualification under the direction of advisers from Moscow. Thus, employees of our enterprise will get more possibilities for preservation of health and improvement of life quality.
Sport programs
Since 2007 in the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC realization of the social strategy «Sports Expansion» has started.
The enterprise has a developed network of sports facilities. Own Sports Palace "Neftekhimik" is functioning, within the limits of the program «Gazprom - to Children» the first stage of a sports and concert complex "Salavat" is put into operation, now are available ice covered arena, training and fitness halls, professional lawn tennis courts.
The Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC has invested in main sports facilities of the city: construction of the second extension of the sports and concert complex "Salavat", reconstruction of the swimming pool"Almaz" (lane length - 50 meters).
Modern training complexes are purchased, qualification of instructors is constantly improved. All this is done to create as much as possible comfortable conditions for those who already goes in for sports and also to involve beginners. Within the limits of the city program of development of mass sports the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC and administration of city district Salavat are implementing several projects, called to impart to young townspeople taste to a healthy way of life.
To develop mass sports, and first of all, children's sports, a number of unique sports projects are developed and realized. So, within the limits of the program «Health Wave» for the first time in Bashkortostan there passed "Fitness Convention" and «The first regional festival of single combats».
Such mass actions as «Ski Track of Russia», «Nations Cross-country», «Orange Ball», sports Festival «Youth of Bashkortostan - for a healthy way of life», track and field athletics cross-country among veterans for the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC prizes, Open All-Russia tournament on table tennis, children's football tournament «Leather Ball» became bright events in the sports life of the city.
In November a round-the-clock marathon on table tennis has taken place.
Youth and children's programs
Profile class.
Under the initiative and with support of the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC since 2006 in Salavat is going on the project on preparation for higher education - the profile class. Uniqueness of the project consists in interaction of three parties at training of schoolboys on the basis of a long-term contract: school No. 12, Salavat Branch of the Ufa State Petroleum Technical University and the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC.
Training in a profile class gives a fine possibility for gifted children with technical mentality to be engaged profoundly in chemistry and physics, mathematics and computer science, to conduct joint scientific work with teachers on university chairs, to get fine education and to promote on one of the leading petrochemical enterprises of the country.
Applicants for training in the profile class are selected among the pupils who have finished the ninth class of any comprehensive school of the city of Salavat, and also cities and areas of southern part of the republic. All interested persons pass competitive selection: interview with teachers of university on physicist, chemistry, mathematics, computer science and conversation with the psychologist. A preconditions of participation in competition are: good secondary school diploma, aspiration to receive profound knowledge in technical subjects and desire to join the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC after graduation.
Young experts council
The fourth part of all the employees of the Company is youth up to 30 years old. Young experts council created in the Salavatnefteorgsintez JSC helps to show and stir up creative potential of youth at production facilities. Scientific and technical conferences of young experts are annually arranged, growth in a trade is traced thanks to specially developed young expert’s creative passport, and the reached level of professional skill is shown during competitions traditionally held at the enterprise. New possibilities for self-realization of youth gives also annual competition for title of the best rationalizer in which frameworks there is a nomination «The Best Proposal for Technical Improvement».
